When talking about the correct dosage of hemp oil for weight loss, it is important to start with low doses for a couple of days to get used to hemp oil. For example, use 10mg of hemp oil in the morning to feel energized for the whole day.

When you feel comfortable and used to hemp oil, add an extra 10mg of hemp oil before your main meal (lunch or dinner), which can help you suppress your appetite, having smaller portions of food and leading to losing weight quicker.

You can also try to take hemp oil before your workout, however try not to take hemp oil with other weight loss supplements which can have some side effects when mixing together.
