Dosage of CBD oil for weight loss

The rule of thumb for dosage of CBD oil for weight loss is <1 to 50 mg per kg per day, but the dosage can vary based on several factors:

  • your condition
  • health
  • body weight

We highly recommend you to start with lower concentration of CBD oil if you are new to CBD – you can choose our 5% premium CBD oil – and when you get used to it, you can choose other of our CBD oils – 10% premium CBD oil or even 15% premium CBD oil.

Start with 1 full dropper (10 mg) every morning and increase to 2 full droppers (20 mg of CBD) droppers of the 300 mg strength. Drop the CBD oil under your tongue and wait for 30-60 seconds before swallowing for the best result. You can take it with or without food.

CBD alone is not a miracle cure for weight loss, you need to have a proper diet and exercise regularly in order to achieve your ideal weight.
